EVA is a Brazilian health and longevity platform in pre-launch. This policy explains what we collect on the eva.one website today and how we use that data. It applies to the waitlist phase.
What we collect today
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect:
- Your name.
- Your email.
- A health goal that you may state, if you wish. This field is optional.
- The website page where you signed up.
That is all. We do not collect any other personal data at this stage.
What we use it for
We use your data to notify you about EVA's launch and to send communications about the platform, such as news and access invitations.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, in accordance with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). You give this consent when you sign up for the waitlist.
How to leave the list
You can leave whenever you wish. Use the unsubscribe link included in any email we send, or write to contato [arroba] eva.one requesting the deletion of your data.
Who we share data with
We share your data only with email infrastructure providers, which we need in order to send our communications. We never sell your data.
About the app and health data
The EVA app has not been launched yet. When it launches, we will publish a complete policy covering the data processed by the app. Health data is sensitive data under the LGPD. For this reason, its processing will require specific and granular consent, requested within the app, at the right moment and with a clear explanation of each use.

EVA Tecnologia Ltda (CNPJ 65.228.711/0001-63) is the controller of the data described in this policy. To exercise your rights under the LGPD, such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your data, write to contato [arroba] eva.one.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with the updated effective date.
